The Town posts all sealed Requests for Proposals on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, in print media and on the Town website. Bidders interested in submitting proposals should register with eMaryland Marketplace Advantage to ensure they are notified of any bid amendments.

Town of Chesapeake Beach's current open Request for Proposals (RFP's) 

The Town of Chesapeake Beach requests proposals for refuse collection services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 11th at 10 AM at the Chesapeake Beach Town Hall: 8200 Bayside Rd. Chesapeake Beach, MD. Sealed proposals are due April 29th at 9:00 AM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 10th at 10 AM at the Chesapeake Beach Town Hall: 8200 Bayside Rd. Chesapeake Beach, MD. Sealed proposals are due May 1st at 9:00 AM. The Town of Chesapeake Beach requests proposals for financial audit services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 22nd at 10 AM at the Chesapeake Beach Town Hall: 8200 Bayside Rd. Chesapeake Beach, MD. Sealed proposals are due May 13th at 9:00 AM.   • Construction of Kellam's Field Miller/Loveless Park Improvements: The Town Council awarded this project to Cedar Lane, LLC. 
  • Barge rental for the annual Pyrotechnical Display: The Town Council awarded this project to McLean Contracting Inc. 
  • Pyrotechnicial Annual Fireworks Display: The Town Council awarded this project to Schaeffer Fireworks. 
  • Pocket Park Construction: This project was awarded to Windmill Farms, LLC. 
  • Water Reclamation Treatment Plant Headworks Design: This project was awarded to McCrone in two phases. 
  • General Landscape Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Windmill Farms for this work. 
  • Chesapeake Beach WRTP Clarified, Mudwell, Clearwell, Covers installation. The Town Council awarded a contract to Johnston Construction Company for this work. 
  • General Cleaning Services. The Town Council awarded a contract to Modulus. 
  • Water Reclamation Treatment Plant Biosolid Sludge Removal. The Town Council awarded a contract to Old Line Environmental Inc. 
  • Beverage services at the Chesapeake Beach Water Park. The Town Council awarded a contract to Pepsi Co. 
  • Professional aquatics and risk management for the Chesapeake Beach Waterpark. The Town Council awarded a contract to Ellis & Associates.  
  • Dredge Rehabilitation services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Edwin A & John O Crandell Inc for the removal and disposal of approximately 40,000 cy of dredge material in preparation for the federal dredge. 
  • General paving services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Beltway Paving. 
  • Repairs to a 350,000 gallon Hydropillar water storage tank: The Town Council awarded a contract to K&K Painting. 
  • HVAC Upgrades at Town Hall: The Town Council awarded a contract to Cellular Site Services to make the necessary repair and replacement of HVAC units at Town Hall to improve energy efficiency and provide germ control in Town Hall. 
  • Trash Removal Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Evergreen Disposal Services for all trash services in the municipal boundary with services starting July 1, 2020. 
  • Audit Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Barbacane, Thorton & Company for audit services. 
  • Light Up the Town Installation and Electrical contracts: The Town Council awarded a contract to Windmill Farms for the Light Up the Town installation and Wires Inc. for the Light Up the Town electrical connection establishment.   
  • Rental Inspection Services: The Town Council awarded American Property Consultanting for rental inspection services.
  • Town Attorney Legal Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Alexander & Cleaver with Todd K. Pounds, Esq. serving as the Town Attorney. 
  • Emergency Dredging Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Southern Maryland Dredging for the emergency dredging of the Fishing Creek channel. The emergency dredge is expected to start in early February 2020. 
  • Fireworks Display Services: The Town Council awarded a contract to Schaeffer Fireworks for the 2020 fireworks display.
  • Fishing Creek Boat Ramp repairs: The Town Council awarded a contract to Dissen & Juhn Company for the repairs to the Fishing Creek public boat ramps.  This work has been completed.
