Comprehensive Plan Update

August 25, 2021 (Chesapeake Beach, MD)- The Chesapeake Beach Planning and Zoning Commission will review, and discuss, a preliminary draft comprehensive plan on August 25th, 2021 starting at 7:00 PM. To view the preliminary draft comprehensive plan please click here.

Please note that the plan document is a draft that is under review by the Planning Commission and will be the subject of discussion at the Planning Commission's August 25th meeting. The Commission may decide at that meeting to publish this draft with or without changes thus making it available for formal public review and comment for 60 days leading up to a public hearing. Please check back after August 25th to see the latest draft version and whether a public hearing date has been scheduled.
