Event Update-Memorial Day, the True Meaning

May 28, 2021 (Chesapeake Beach, MD)- Join us as we honor our fallen heroes during a hybrid ceremony, "Memorial Day, the True Meaning".

Due to the expected inclement weather the in person ceremony will be held at the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department's Bayview Hall on Saturday May 29th at 10:00 AM. Masks required for all attendees. You can also view a virtual Stars and Stripes Memorial day ceremony to be released by the Town on Memorial Day. Suscribe today to receive a notification when the virtual ceremony goes live at 10AM. A traditional Memorial Day Ceremony will be presented by the American Legion POST 206 at the Chesapeake Beach Veteran's Memorial Park on May 31st at 11:00 AM. Please observe the national moment of silence on Memorial Day at 3:00 PM, wherever you are.
