7:10 pm Guest Speakers Senator Michael Jackson, Maryland Senate District 2, Captain Dave Payne, Calvert County Sheriff’s Office 

7:40 pm Reading of Names in Honor and Memory of Loved Ones Lost Sandy Mattingly, President of PositiveVibes and Member of the Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Committee 

8:00 pm Memorial Walk in Sunrise Gardens & Lost Souls Exhibit Keith Pardieck, Chair of the Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Committee and Chesapeake Beach Councilmember.

Sponsored by the Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Coalition, a joint committee of the Town of Chesapeake Beach and the Town of North Beach comprised of town citizens and individuals representing the Calvert Alliance Against Substance Abuse, Calvert County Health Department (Behavioral Health Services, Local Behavioral Health Authority, Prevention Services and Recovery Support), Calvert County Sheriff’s Office, Emmanuel Church Celebrate Recovery, and PositiveVibes.
