Memorial Day, the True Meaning

May 29, 2021 (Chesapeake Beach, MD)- Join us at the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department's Bayview Hall at 10:00 AM in honor of our fallen heroes, Fathers, Mothers, Brothers, Sisters, Sons, Daughters. Masks required for all attendees. 

A virtual Stars and Stripes Memorial day ceremony will be released by the Town on Memorial Day. Suscribe today to receive a notification when the virtual ceremony goes live at 10AM. A traditional Memorial Day Ceremony will be presented by the American Legion POST 206 at the Chesapeake Beach Veteran's Memorial Park on May 31st at 11:00 AM. Please observe the national moment of silence on Memorial Day at 3:00 PM, wherever you are.
