NOTICE: Public Hearing Tonight

November 17, 2022 (Chesapeake Beach, MD)- The Mayor and Town Council will hold a Public Hearing this evening on Ordinance O-22-12 and Ordinance O-22-13, an ordinance of the Town Council amending Chapter 290 of the Zoning Ordinance at 6:45 PM and an ordinance amending the Town of Chesapeake Beach Zoning map on November 17th at 6:50 PM at the Chesapeake Beach Town Hall.

Public comment on the ordinances may be submitted in person during the public hearing, by email to the Town Clerk at shumm@chesapeakebeachmd.gov, or by the online form linked here. Comments submitted in writing should be sent by November 17th at 5:00 PM.
