Short Term Rentals Not Permitted

Chesapeake Beach, MD (July 30, 2020)- The Town reminds citizens that short term rentals are not permitted within the Town limits. A short term rental is defined as any rental of less than thirty (30) days. Violations of Town legislation, regarding short term rentals, will result in a municipal infraction and attached fine; each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and fine. To report a property that is potentially a short term rental please call Town Hall at (410) 257-2230 or email enforcement@chesapeakebeachmd.gov.
