UPDATE: Water Main Break Repaired

January 14, 2022 (Chesapeake Beach, MD)- Residents of the Bay View Hills community are notified that water services are resumed after the water main break that took place this morning. Water main repairs are complete.

Residents may experience some air in their lines and this is not a cause for concern. Public works ask that you go to the highest point in your house and run the cold water in a faucet until the air is no longer in the line. Please be aware that public works crews are still in the street on Bayview Hills Drive working in the road until they can backfill the hole, which could take a couple more hours.
