Charlie Fink and his wife, Anne, have owned a home in Chesapeake Beach for nine years and have been active in the community since their arrival, sharing interests in Town, local events and the health of the Bay and the great community of friends they have met here. Mr. Fink has served the Town in the following capacities:

  • As a Member of the Planning and Zoning Committee for three years, and was elected as Vice Chair in 2018.
  • As a Member of the Walkable Community Committee for over two years.
  • As the President of Seagate Homeowner Association for seven years.

In in his professional career, Mr. Fink, has over 25 years of professional experience in business-focused software development and project Management. Mr. Fink currently serves as a Senior Systems Software Architect for the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, DC. Mr. Fink is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Political Science and has completed graduate work towards a Masters in Computer Science at Marymount University.
