The Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced administrative and customer service work in support of municipal service operations. This position works in Town Hall Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and provides daily customer service by greeting visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner, determining the nature and purpose of their needs, and providing assistance as necessary. The Customer Service Operations Specialists also processes accounts receivable payments and provides the necessary end of day reports and backup for recordkeeping.
