NOTICE: Repairs to a Failed Water Main Valve

July 20, 2023 (Chesapeake Beach, MD) - Chesapeake Beach Public Works crews must repair a failed water main valve located at B and 13th street. In order to complete the work - a water main shut down is required. On Monday, the 24th starting at 9:00 AM the water will be turned off at the intersection of B and 13th street. All residents within the red circle will be offline.
The emergency work should take no more than 5 hours to complete and water service will be returned when this work is complete. Public Works anticipates returning the water service within this location at 2:00 PM. Thank you for your patience as we make these needed repairs.
