Holly Kamm Wahl, MBA has served the Citizens of Chesapeake Beach as the Town Administrator since January 2017. In this capacity, Ms. Wahl provides direct oversight of the town's day-to-day operations, including all governmental functions and services.

Before serving as the Town Administrator for the Town of Chesapeake Beach, Ms. Wahl held the positions of Director of Operations for an Affordable Housing General Contractor with offices in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC, the Director of Operations for a 24/7 Homeless Shelter and Homeless Support center in Annapolis, MD, and the Chief Operating Officer for a government contractor providing access control services in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia.

Ms. Wahl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, an Executive Certificate in Public Administration & Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy Schoolan Academy of Excellence in Local Governance graduate certificate from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Public Administration & Public Policy at George Washington University. Ms. Wahl is a member of the International City Managers Association (ICMA) and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration George Washington University Chapter in April of 2024 a internationally recognized honor society that recognizes outstanding scholarship and accomplishment in public affairs and administration.

Ms. Wahl's objective in serving Town citizens throughout her time as the Town Administrator is to foster an environment of integrity, transparency, professionalism, and effective performance for the benefit of all Town residents.
