The March 30, 2020 Executive Order In summary, the governor has ordered:

(i) all Maryland residents to stay at home, unless leaving the home is required to take care of family members and their needs, pursue allowable business activities, pursue necessary government work, or maintain minimum operations for closed businesses. The order reiterates the specific businesses that must close and added the closure of campgrounds (except for long-term residents). The order also clarifies that businesses that are required to close cannot engage in takeout services, though they may conduct delivery-only services, order available here

(ii) municipalities to have the flexibility to postpone local elections, order available here. 

(iii) remote notarizations to be allowable, order available here.  

(iv) and the suspension of family contributions to the Maryland Children's Health Program (MHCP).
